Dear Castle Pines North Citizen:

The recently formed Castle Pines North Citizens for Tax Relief (CPNCTR) issue committee is dedicated to providing the facts regarding tax relief opportunities.

The goals of CPNCTR are to:

• Provide citizens with factual information on what must be accomplished for the continued success of our community

• Correct misinformation disseminated from those that want to dissolve the city

• Provide the facts as to how residents/businesses can realize cost savings/tax relief with the integration of Castle Pines North Metro District (CPNMD) into the city and with consolidation of some HOA services (key components of incorporation)

• Assist all efforts that result in increased, verifiable opportunities to secure affordable, renewable water

In order to accomplish these goals, we are respectfully seeking donations to support the committee’s efforts, such as:

• Web site maintenance

• Print communications campaign

• Public records requests
